Reinhardt Takeo Hollstein, A.L. Sadie Reneau and Aletha Deuel

Show Date: October 2ndth through December 27th. Reception Date: November 8th from 5 – 7 pm. Place: 333 S Meridian, Puyallup, WA 98371. Three artists show their unique work. Reinhardt Takeo Hollstein Interactive: Recently, I’ve been experimenting with embedding electronics into my paintings. I designed my first prototype touch-conductive painting that can play music clips by touching the perimeter surface of the canvas. I’ve coined these paintings T.A.P. for Touch Audible Paintings. I’m experimenting with embedding electronic devices into my paintings for an interactive visual experience. I’ve coined these designs Art-Tronic Artwork. A.L. Sadie Reneau’s passion for photography has been instrumental in creating custom calendars of animals, motorbikes, musicians, autos, scenery, and more. Sadie’s photography has become known in Washington State in many art shows, including numerous exhibits at the Washington State Fair. Aletha Deuel, the purple mountain shadows, and the hues of the Southwest are found in her paintings because she was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She and her family moved to NW, Kansas, when she was 3. She grew up on her Grandparents’ homestead farm, moving twice back to Arizona. In 1953, she married a young airman from Tacoma, WA.
