I’ve got a new infant at home and just had surgery when my furnace went out before a cold weekend. These folks made it out to my house on a weekend within hours of the breakdown. Ken Brasmer and his apprentice (assuming) were able to get us a temporary solution to heat us over the weekend. They then sent out Matt Gilbreath on Monday with the permanent fix. Both of these gentlemen were consummate professionals on the job.
Even better, the entire cost is only a little more than some of the other guys were quoting me just to look at my furnace.
