The installation of “Eternal Heart,” a new sculpture created by Sabah Al-Dhaher and dedicated to Rosemary Eckerson, was placed at Pioneer Park near the southeast corner. Rosemary conceptualized and founded Arts Downtown’s Outdoor Sculpture Gallery and was a co-founder and integral part of Valley Arts United.
