The install of the flooring itself was great, Jason did a great job in working with some uneven flooring and it looks great. We did have some issues with communication about the length of the job, materials needed and arrival times on site. It was concerning how Jason treated and spoke to his employee, especially as my one year old child was with me in my home. I sincerely hope that the professionalism and communication improves for future clients. We do appreciate the craftsmanship it took to install the flooring.
